Welcome and here's what you need to know!
As I post this, I am finalizing the recipes, but the Handbook, Recipes, and Shopping List will all be available in the very near future. You will also be receiving an email from me prior to our Kick-Off Call and the Reset. I will be using the email linked to your PayPal account. If you do not hear from me after 24 hours after registration, please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to join the Facebook group at This is a members-only group. It's also where we’ll connect during the week to support each other, ask questions, and help each other. Once finalized, you will be able to download all the materials in our Facebook group.
You will want to set aside a few hours the weekend before so you can go shopping and prep some food for the week. Trust me, this will make the reset SO much easier.
I am a dietitian, not a tech wiz, so if you experience any hiccup do not hesitate to contact me so we can get things fixed!
