Pumpkin, spice and everything nice.

If you love a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but you are eating healthy this holiday season try this delicious Vegan Pumpkin Spice Creamer recipe.


  • ¾ C raw unsalted cashews, soaked and drained (cover with water and soak at least 2 hours or overnight; drain and discard water)

  • 1 ½ C water

  • 2-3 TB unsweetened canned pumpkin

  • 1 ½ TB maple syrup

  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ½ tsp minced fresh ginger

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt


Throw everything in the ingredients and blast on high until smooth and creamy. For an extra smooth consistency, pour mixture through a strainer.
